Classes are held in warm, friendly, unintimidating environments.  All levels of fitness are welcome. Classes are kept to a maximum of 14 at Cameron House and only 6 from my home studio.

Classes focus on posture, alignment and breathing alongside a warm up, main exercise phase and cool down. Classes last 50/55 minutes depending on which class you choose. All equipment is provided. Come along wearing loose, comfy clothing and wear socks/bare feet for the session.

Gentle Pilates - suitable for all levels of fitness and ages, focuses on taking the sessions at a slower and more gentle pace.

Pilates for All - a fifty minute evening class suitable for all levels.

Please note I also offer small group sessions from home ranging from the complete beginner to the more advanced. If interested get in touch for more info.


It is advisable and  beneficial to come to atleast one 1:1 session before embarking on a course to allow for more individual tuition beforehand to gain the basic principles of Pilates, especialy if you have no previous experience.


These sessions are also extremely useful to those who may not wish to be in a 'class' environment or have a specific injury thay wish to work on. A programme can then be designed to your own specific needs.


1:1's can also be offered in your own home environment and so can be useful to those who are less mobile. To share the cost 1:2's are also available.
