Pilates on the Roller-exploring Pilates based exercises alongside release work on the foam roller.
To add variety to our practice, to give us support in our movement, to provide release in our body and mind, to challenge our stability and its fun!
Relax & Rejuvenate- using different breathing patterns to connect with our body & mind. A variety of tools will be used such as the mini ball, roller & massage balls. Flowing movements with breath will allow for a deep state of relaxation and release: bliss!
